 Note: Prices subject to change with out notice.  However, all contracts will always be honored.  Vendors, remember there is generally an active "Virtual Show Hot Period" and after that period, you can maintain your booth in our virtual market place.  Also remember we suggest multiple pricing levels allowing for special pricing and other benefits to NDA members.  Special additional allowances such as minimum order waivers, and special terms will also weigh heavily on members buying.  Also these prices and shows are not open to the general public.  All orders places online go through the NDA Database system.

Commissions & other fees:

 Some products, vendors and services are subject to commissions and/or royalty fees payable to the NDA. You will be advised of this if if applies to you in advance.

Changes: In general, changes such as a price, text, graphics, and tables are $20.00 each. Each vendor is free to sell all products and services at the price of their choosing. Vendors own rules and policies still apply to NDA members. However, if for any reason a vendor chooses not to fill an order to a dealer, NDA must be alerted at once as to the reason for not shipping said order.
